Why does my practice need a rack card?

A rack card is a less expensive alternative to a brochure and is an efficient way of providing information for your patients to take home. Rack cards can provide information such as an outline of a common procedure, features of a new type of technology you use or frequently asked questions for your patients.

What to expect when you work with MediCreative

Step 1 Learning About Your Practice

Once you decide to work with MediCreative, the first step is to have an initial meeting to talk about the goals of your practice as well as your ideas for your new rack card. This meeting can be done in person or by phone, depending on your location. We want to learn as much as possible about you, your current patients, your prospective patients and your staff so that the initial designs satisfy the needs of your practice and reflect the values that you have established.

Step 2 Initial Design Concepts

Next, MediCreative creates a series of rack card designs tailored to your practice. Typically we will present 2 different concepts for you to choose from.

Step 3 Image Selection

Great photography adds personality to your branding materials and completes a dynamic design. We will create a selection of images for you to approve from our library of stock photography. We also encourage you to personalize your rack card with pictures of your office and staff to familiarize your patients with your practice.

Step 4 Design Implementation

In the next phase of the design process, MediCreative will combine the text that you have provided along with the design and photography to complete the first draft of the project. MediCreative will continue to work with you to finalize your rack card until it is ready to be printed.

Step 5 Printing

One of unique aspects of MediCreative is
that we take care of printing your materials for you. The cost of printing and shipping is included in all of our job estimates so that when it comes to finalizing the project, printing is easy and hassle-free.
